I am identified as woman. I'm based out of Buffalo, NY. I articulate my desire of understanding one’s female identity through the exploitation of self-portraiture and photography. I am interested in the representation of ‘woman as other’ and the concept of the abject. Inspired by surrealism, theatrical role playing, and sexuality, the intention of my work is to annihilate the social symbolic by dominating personal fears and portraying woman in the actuality of her sexualized empowerment.
