Lucy Hill was born in Truro and spent a period of her childhood living in Cornwall before moving to the North-East. She returned to Cornwall to study BA (HONS) Photography and graduated from University College Falmouth.

Lucy’s main area of interest is in the relationships between people and places and the visual character of space. Exploring how our history, memory and knowledge combine to influence our responses to the places we inhabit, visit, create and dream of.
