I'm blue and green and geek all over. I'm a Greek-American Sustainable Environment advocate in North San Diego County, California. I am a member of the Advisory Committee and former Executive Committee member of the Surfrider Foundation's San Diego County Chapter. I grew up in Rhode Island and loved the beaches of Rhode Island, especially "Second Beach"; in Middletown. I really believe the love of the ocean is in my blood (as is olive oil :)). I have lived in Minneapolis and St. Louis Park, Minnesota (the coldest winter I ever spent was not a summer in San Francisco, thank you Jack London), where I missed the ocean terribly, attended school and worked in Boston for a number of years and moved to San Diego in 2000.
I enjoy being a fan of the San Diego Padres (but firstly the Boston Red Sox from afar) and exploring San Diego and greater Southern California.
