I remarried and moved in 2005 to Winlock WA from Kenmore (Seattle). I have also lived in Phoenix, AZ and was born and spent my childhood in upstate NY. I am a mother of 4 boys and 1 girl. I am a grandmother of 17 (ages 12 and under). I moved from the city to 3 acres in the country and love it! I have a wonderful view of fields and distant mountains including MT. St Helens and Mt Rainier from my kitchen windows.The view also includes marvelous cloud formations and many rainbows

I have been taking photos since I was 12 years old. My first camera was a little Kodak Brownie. This has all been for fun. I have realized that the way I see the world is different than many around me. I look out the window and see pictures. When I take the time to slow down, I like to explore the closeup world. I love nature! Trees, flower, rainbows, clouds and wildlife! Especially love to take photos of grandchildren!

After I discovered flickr, I wanted to see what others thought of my photos. I have been pleasantly suprised by the comments and love to see the beauty of other photographers.

I currently have a growing photo restoration business as well as doing some painting - Murals, furniture, pet portraits. For fun, as well as the above, I like to create tasty, healthy, colorful meals and teach wellness through healthy eating, positive thinking and energy balancing. I love books, own many, read often. Working outside and weeding are therapies for me. . I like to ride the mower while our dog begs for me to throw the frisbee. I have fulfullment by my involvement in various church activities
