DesignerGrill is a collaboration between design team kHyal™ and Karl Heine. It combines their love of art, design, technology, fashion, style, food, books, events, education, music, travel, adventure and more! DesignerGrill consists of a daily blog, pop-up stores and galleries created in unused spaces which feature their art and design products, and an online store.

kHyal™ is an artist and designer. She is the creator of the Weather sKwirl™ and BlipWorld™. She also runs a small communication design firm called fiZz, and designs one-of-a-kind custom recycled apparel under the name kHyal Kouture. Karl is the principal of creativeplacement. He has a line of custom journals for designers and artists called DesignerJournals™, and a line of custom lighting under the name TerraLuminiere™.

kHyal™ and Karl founded PUSH workshops together in 2007. PUSH workshops presents salons, workshops and events for creative professionals. In 2011, they are launching PUSH Design Camp Block Island.

They also founded talentEd, a resource for those seeking help with resume and portfolio development and editing, plus other more advanced career assistance.
