  "I met Steve in the summer of 2005. He was one of my first flickr contacts. I was not a good photographer, but he saw something in my photos and complimented me.
  
  Steve is an amazing man with a camera. His photography is so beautiful. His love of nature - obvious. What made me laugh and admire him most - he will go to any lengths to get THE photograph - witness his moon over the water shot. It didn't show up on Flickr until it was perfection. That photograph is burned in my brain. I'll never forget it.
