I was born and raised in Germany and have called Ann Arbor "my home" for the past 46 years. I live in Michigan for part of the year and in Clearwater Beach, Florida during the winter months.

I own a few rental properties in Ann Arbor - apartment buildings and houses. I manage them myself and would like to hear from you if you are interested in renting from me.

My son, his wife and my two grandchildren live in the Washington, D.C. area.
