Child Rescue introduces August 21st 2010 the first annual, Candlelight Serenade Acoustic Festival. Candlelight Serenade, featuring some of the top Artists as well as the best local talent, will be held at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. Each Artist will showcase their hit songs in a stripped down acoustic fashion. Candlelight will include back-to-back performances; a sponsor world full of booths/demos/etc., and food vendors of all variety.

ARTISTS: Chris Carraba (Dashboard Confessional), Reliant K, Priscilla Ahn, Steel Train, Vedera, Sherwood, Allie Moss, Everybody Else, Making April and we are currently speaking with other potentials including Third Eye Blind, All American Rejects, Gym Class Heroes, Matt Nathanson, Amos Lee, The Rocket Summer, Guster, Plain White T’s, Jacks Mannequin (Andrew Macmahon), Marc Broussard, Mason Jennings, etc.

Imagine seeing one of your favorite bands performing their hit songs the way they were written (acoustic). Artists will have a chance to get personal with the crowd and explain why/how the songs were written. This rare opportunity can be a chance for you to have a great time and help one of the worthiest causes in this century. We will also be featuring an anti-slavery exhibit at the concert with other NGOs and frontline Task Forces from Utah who are combating this issue. Proceeds will go to benefit Child Rescue, a non-profit organization that exists to fight the horrors of child sex slavery/trafficking. To learn more about their efforts visit www.rescuingkids.org
