"I know Pablo's work through Fotolog. When I did my "30 Days of Dedications" thing there, he was one of those being honored. Man, take a look through this photostream and you'll see why.

His work reminds me of my favorite movie, "2001: A Space Odyssey" - specifically the sequence at the end where Bowman unites with the monolith on a trippy ride through space/time. Pablo's shots reflect colors, shapes, energy, and light that fuse to create this psychedelic experience, just like in the film. Go rent it, you'll see what I mean.

Anyway, I am seriously impressed with this man's talent. And as a matter of fact, one of my fave shots on Flickr (period) is one he took at the Milwaukee art museum entitled "2822720-R2-E039" without even looking through the cam!
