The main reason for this site:
A place that Hurricane Katrina & Rita pet owners and Volunteers can go to try to locate missing pets. The ultimate goal is to reunite the Hurricane pets with their owners. If nothing else...hopefully providing some closure to owners that see a photo of their pet and know they survived.
