I am a landscape architect, video gamer & basic cable junky. I started photography in high school, photoblogging in 2005. I collect old film cameras & still shoot them on occasions.

I'm a long time nikon user who still shoots primarily with manual nikkor lens. I don't have anything bigger than a f1.8 and that's perfectly ok.

I do edit my photos. heavily at times. not because the image quality is poor, but because the image quality is too good. can't help it. I started photography with film, digital images too "digital" sometimes, ykwim.

I have a bs & master's degree in landscape architecture from cal-poly pomona. I am married. my wife is good with photoshop :) I live in southern california.
