After being born and growing up in St. Joseph, MO, my family of origin moved to Kansas City in 1977. I rode my bike as a teenager on country roads in Kansas, south of Kansas City. I moved to Denver, Colorado in 1988. Denver has less humidity and wonderful bike paths next to Cherry Creek and the Platte River that extend to Cherry Creek Reservoir and Chatfield Reservoir. Maybe they extend farther than that. Now, I'm fat and aging so I don't pedal so far. I'm a white female.
