If you sit down with me, it won’t take you long to realize that I love a good story. I love hearing stories from friends. I love reading stories in a book. I love watching stories unfold on the screen. They can be adventures, comedies, tragedies, dramas, musicals science fiction, non-fiction--I just can’t get enough. And after I have come across a great story, I want to share it with others.

My parents bought me my first non-disposable camera years ago before digital point-and-shoots could fit comfortably in your pocket or before anyone could imagine taking a picture with a phone. That’s when photography started for me. I primarily used that large digital point-and-shoot camera to help document and tell the stories of my college years as I studied electrical engineering in Pennsylvania.

Since then, I’ve been inspired by the medium of photography to tell stories. It can tell personal stories of Christmas mornings, school plays, and vacation. But photography can also tell rich stories and relay the beauty of the world to an even wider audience than our friends and families.

It’s my goal to seek out and capture these opportunities in my life, wherever it may lead. I am based out of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, but I am blessed to have opportunities to travel and meet interesting people and places throughout the world.
