34 years young, passing for 24 all of the time.

I'm not trying to re-take anybody else's pictures! Sometimes I get lost in "explore" and start thinking I'll never be as good as all of those "Interesting" photographers. Then I go back to my photostream and remember why I do what I do.

The world is the art. . .I care about lighting and composition, but any "technique" which can be "mastered" isn't art, it's science.

I like to play with lights (a lot). I learned Strobes before I learned sunlight. So I work in a studio setting as casually as others use Aperture Priority mode at the beach!

I use Photoshop about once a month. Apple Aperture allows me a workflow that actually FLOWS. I export, tag, and upload in batches for clients and friends alike. Photo tags represent the contents of a batch, not individual photos.

To sum up: I'd rather find the great pictures, not artificially create them. . .but I'm willing to do both.
