On the photography front, what can I say, butterflies are my thing! For me, there's no other such satisfying subject to photograph, as the moments in which they cross our paths are so fleeting.

If you can't tell from my images, I like to work in small spaces, with small, colorful creatures. I like bold, in-your-face colors, contrasts, and strong lines and shapes.

During the cooler autumn, this has become more of a place for me to chronicle my tenure at an Ivy League university in the northeastern US, but you still get the butterflies in the warm months...and when I can get myself to a butterfly house.



And is it clear that I like to stalk small winged things and take many photographs of them? :D
