Alright then, I'm 18 years old and I'm in my sophomore year at the College of Charleston. I originally started in film and video at the age of 4 and even planned on going to film school until I finally realized that while I loved filmmaking, it was a hobby, not a career for me. I have been taking pictures for years but I didn't get serious about it until about 3 years ago when I started my "Picture A Day" project on February 13, 2007.

In March of 2007 I bought my first DSLR, A Nikon D200, which I absolutely loved until about a year and a half later when I finally saved up enough money to afford my beloved D3.

But anyway, I am majoring in Business at the College of Charleston. That being said, If anybody lives in or is visiting Charleston and you'd be interested in getting together and taking some pictures, or you'd be interested in me doing some pictures of you, just send me a flickr mail and we can meet up.

I also own a small Alien Bee's setup. 3 AB-800's, 1 AB-1600, two softboxes and a few other things.

I'm seriously considering selling my 17-35mm f/2.8 to buy the 24mm f/1.4 that Nikon just announced. It looks awesome but at 2200 dollars it'll still be almost a thousand dollars out of pocket that I don't really have at the moment.

I know, I suffer from N.A.S.
