  "I first became aware of Gina’s tremendous photographic talents in August 2010 when I fortuitously stumbled across her photostream. I was mesmerized at the beauty and quality of her images. The fact that one such photo was of the Portland Headlight only confirmed that destiny had played a role in our paths intertwining. But as magnificent as her photos are…they pale compared to Gina’s character. She and I became contacts and friends. Before long, Gina “adopted” me as her “brother”…and so you can say…we are family. Through thick or thin, Gina has been there to listen and to talk with me about photography, art, family, joys, pain…about life. No matter how I tried her patience, she has always found the time for me. I can honestly say that Gina is a gift from God.
