Jesse Levin founded Archer Group Investments to provide foreign investors with effective strategies to succeed and excel in the emerging market of Panama. His passion for exploration, and international markets brought him to Panama 5 years ago while completing his BA in international business and entrepreneurship at Babson College, home to the number one entrepreneurial business program worldwide.
Since its inception, AGI has made proprietary investments for its own account, including raw land acquisitions and refurbishment projects and has consulted In capacities ranging from remote logistic project management, disaster relief and cultural mediation, to first generation acquisition sourcing. In addition to AGI, Jesse founded the Pedasi Foundation to help preserve the culture in Pedasi, a rural town where AGI holds investments, by facilitating interaction and communication between local and foreign parties.
The extensive experience gained with AGI executing projects in austere environments amongst marginalized and sometimes hostile populations with differing vested interests has been applied to numerous disciplines. He has taken his ability to successfully mediate and derive creative cross-cultural approaches to identifying solutions to the field of disaster relief.
Jesse has responded to natural disasters from Chile to Haiti and Panama, where he and his team have conducted SAR activities and have consulted for NGO’s to implement successful logistical solutions in the immediate triage phase following a disaster. While Panama is AGI’s base of operations, Jesse has also worked extensively in Haiti where he served as the Emergency Response Coordinator carrying out emergency response logistics solutions and operations management for the NGO, Hope for Haiti.
Jesse has emerged as a seminal resource for qualified international investors, and NGO’s desiring to rapidly implement effective operations and to invest in first generation opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean Basin.
Prior to his work in international markets Jesse hailed from a background in guerrilla marketing and public relations. Prior to Panama Jesse launched, and ran two boutique firms, Adrenaline Marketing and Renegade Promotions, which specialized in high intensity, unconventional marketing campaigns. During the Winter 2011 he opened a pop-up bar in Aspen Colorado, Escobar, which was rated the number one nightlife venue of the season.
Jesse holds a 50-ton US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Master Captains License, has worked as a rescue captain off the coast of Boston and Gloucester Massachusetts, is a Wilderness EMT and tactical medic, and a PASA certified Kite-boarding instructor. He has completed an Intensive individual training course with a retired Command Master Chief of the US Navy Seals, Deny Chalker in leadership, weapons training, and hand to hand combat, and has four months experience as a student and instructor at the Coyote Tracks Tom Brown wilderness school.
