I really enjoy the way a camera increases my awareness of the world around me. I find myself looking up at the clouds more often and sensing the subtle changes in the weather. I anticipate more about what may be around the next corner, whether it's on an urban walkabout or a wooded trail. I take more time to look at things from different perspectives. Photography, as well as hiking, allows me to feel more connected to the world.
Flickr has allowed me to share my photographic vision of the world with others and constantly gives me inspiration to see the world in different ways.
