It's hard to to admit, but I seriously got addicted to flickr over the last couple of months.

"Video's a poor excuse, I know. But it helps me remember... and I need to remember... Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel like I can't take it, like my heart's going to cave in."

This is a quote from the movie American Beauty, and if you replace video with photo it totally reflects my approach to photography. There is this feeling when I'm walking around and everything seems kinda weird and I realize how beautiful situations and moments can be. I'm trying to save them, for me basically, and if I give anybody at least a second of delight by looking at one of my pictures, I'm more than glad.
