From July 1989 on, I've been exploring the world around me with great interest and an open mind. Currently, I study criminology at Leiden University in the Netherlands. I plan on living my life with eyes and heart open to different places, different people, different languages and different cultures.

On Saturday February 13th 2010 I've decided to embark upon the adventure of the 'photograph 100 strangers' project and I hope to enjoy it!

UPDATE September 2011 - After a rather heavy car accident, I haven't been able to photograph for quite some months. I hope to be back in the running in 2012. Then, I'll continue to work on my 100 strangers ánd start a new portrait series: pets (and their owners).
