Intrigued by photos, always have been...my parents kept all of ours in a shoebox, and even as a child I would paw thru them...now, I paw thru yours on flickr!

I wrote most of the lines below to my friend Vol-u-vent(Kiki) who expressed dismay for her perceived neglect of me...She didn't! Silly Girl, Sweet Lady! :) I decided to repost it here, for it is a pretty accurate description of how I view this virtual visual place we know as flickr.

"Please don't worry your pretty head about little ole' me! Flickr is a fun pastime, and I enjoy it tremendously, but I also do not have a ton of time to devote to flickring! I pop in and out when I can, but I have a house to keep, a job to nuture, a husband to wife, and other responsibilities...flickr is my escape! To beauty, friendship, creativity, and wonder. It cannot be my main focus in life, so therefore, my friend, there wil be many times that I "drop" out of sight. Just know that I am awed when our paths cross and I love viewing your world. :)
Please take a deep, deep breathe and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Throw that stress out the window and I will try to do the same, OK?"
