I've been railfanning since I was a small boy when I used to bike down to Woburn Junction as it was then. I like all aspects of rail but broadened my horizens past locomotives, now I particularly like ghost railways and rail infrastructure. This pic below says it all, I went on this trip nearly 40 years ago on a train hauled by one of the EE Df and went back there last year to see the remnants of the Thames Branch.
