"Gallierina has a unique style of photography that I admire greatly. Her photographs are beautifully crafted studies in detail and colour. She is also one of my oldest friends on Flickr - a friendship that I value as much as I admire her images.
During the Summer of 2010, I enjoyed seeing her set 'Once upon a time in Budapest' appear day by day, one image following the next, building into a body of work that I think is wonderful in its colour, range and impact.
Visit her photostream and you will find images that you will return to time, and time again :)
Mademoiselle, je vous souhaite tout le succès et le bonheur en 2011 et j'espère que notre association continue pendant une longue période à venir."

"Gallierina is a photographer with a exceptional eye for the
intriguing, mood-capturing details. There is striking diversity in
her choice of subjects. In her album called Simplicity she creates
intense feeling by using the contrast of a simple object against its
background. Her story telling album: Once Upon a Time in Budapest
chronicles those glancing moments that a wandering eye will happen
upon in a city. You will find yourself spending a lot of time
examining Gallierina's photos for there are so many layers and so much
depth to them. Art, it is!"

"Gallierina is a photographer who is capable of taking something lovely to look at and making it even more appealing and attractive. The subjects she chooses and the way she chooses to process her work bear witness to the kind, uncynical and vivacious part of her personality. Her self-portraits on the other hand, though equally beautiful, reveal a more contemplative and questioning side. But whether introspective or celebratory, each photo she posts shares one thing in common with all the others: it is without question beautiful, and though this word is over-used, it is the only one that is fitting to describe her work."

    "Can details make difference!
Not always but in this case absolutely yes!
When I look at Gallierina's photographs, I fell myself in a parallel universe, a dimension made up of details and amazing colors through which I can reconstruct the whole reality. It seems to me to look at a mosaic from too close, then slowly I move away and everything is much clearer.
I like everything in her work but I love her magic use of composition... she's unique in my opinion.
I love her way of working, it's like a poetry.
Then each picture is unique thanks to Gallierina's way of writing, poetic and ironic at the same time.
Thanks for any great photograph that you choose to share with all us!"
