I live in Hawaii and live on the island of O`ahu. I love the island I live on, I love the culture, the people, the places, and the food. I am proud to say that I was raised in Hawaii, to call Hawaii my home. It is an amazing and beautiful place.
My name is Tori (Tokuchi is the original way of writing my mother's maiden name and it means to "Cross over (the) land)" and I am sixteen. I am interested in portrait photography and my life is surrounded by it. With others and myself. I am not the best but this is something I’d love to stick with, stay with, and improve. Grow with and become better.

Here are some stuff you should know about this amazing flickr photographer.
1. As you probably know by the opening sentence-she is amazing. And it's true. Even when I found her almost a year ago while i was doing my 365, and she was starting it, I thought her photos were so beautiful. They are simple and elagant and uncluttered. Her photos are streamlined and gorgeous and i love all of them.
2. She lives in an island in Hawaii, which makes her even awesome-er because so do i! And if we are ever on the same island, we are going to meet up and take amazing photos.
3. She changes her name frequently, which can be confusing as first (who the f is this person-but ahhh their photos are so beautiful...) and then you realize it is the awesome Tori and she's just changed her username.
4. She just got a 50mm lens, which i find unbelievable, because she shoots like she's had one forever. I can't wait to see the photos the 50mm gives her.
5. Her film is amazing. Not hipster but...it has that quality where it captures a moment of beauty and it makes you think twice about it. Its so wonderful.
