We are in a Pandemic Influenza Year from a virus which is,
killing the same age ranges as 1918,
(and 1/3 of the H1N1 Firstwave hospitalizations & deaths in the US have been in healthy people, and,
"60% of the US deaths were Under age 49:
everyone is at risk). (Especially pregnant women.)
"Flu" & PanFlu are contagious 1 to 2 days Before symptoms,
and the virus is Airborne contagious;
Not just getting coughed on or touching a surface and then touching your face,
Govts didn't warn you to prepare
during the past 4 years of Alert, due to, "political and economic pressures", from within and without,
(and now, "swine flu" patients are in the same hospitals at the same time with, "bird flu" patients, in too many nations).
If you need help once sheer numbers of ill overwhelm hospitals, and, (long-forseen by govts & others) disruptions in local services, infrastructure, and/or global supply chains start,
your officals, (who perhaps didn't tell your community to prepare because a few govt people want to, "have to" declare Martial Law?)
may "communicate" they are, "Shocked, shocked!"
but, Panflu is *not*, "mild" (or, "Spanish Flu in 1918 was "mild" too; since 98% of cases didn't die)
and only give you, "Sorry" but, "You're On Your Own":

"It's a privilege to get visits form CRfullmoon. She always has perceptive things to write about the images, which are very helpful. (Not forgetting the creative tagging!)
Her many photos are always interesting and skilful. They are worthy of study as good examples to learn from, and a great pleasure on the eye.
CR I love your photos, and I love your visits. Thank you for being such an important presence on flickr."12th September, 2005

"Crfullmoon can capture the essence of the world just outside her back door. I've traveled all over the world taking photos along the way. Looking at Crfullmoon's work makes me feel I should have stayed in my neighborhood.
Her macros of both flowers and "critters" are second to none. Now armed with a nice digital camera, she will continue to stun us all with her eye for detail and subject knowledge."28th August, 2005
