Art development manager for SHP which is a London-based charity working with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Our mission is to reduce poverty, social exclusion and homelessness and to make a lasting improvement to the quality of life of people who use our services.

We provide a range of accommodation-based and floating support services to meet the needs of hard to reach clients including those misusing substances, offenders and people with mental ill-health.

We employ more than 200 staff, provide services in 13 London boroughs and support 2,000 people every year.
