Aoi Yu (蒼井優) is a rising japanese actress who is born on August 17, 1985. Since her childhood, she has developed some special skills which made her become a complete artist.

Indeed, she practised tap-dancing, ballet, and can also play the piano, draw and sing. But Aoi chose to be actress; she appeared in a lot of commercial videos (Canon, DocoMo...), plays and TV Shows, was the voice of a cartoon movie character ('Tekkon Kinkreet'), and before all played in several movies.

All her characters are very different and show her range of abilities, from the touching shy girl in 'Honey & Clover', to the suicidal student in 'All about Lily Chou-Chou', without forgetting the pretty best friend in 'Hana and Alice' or the funny seller in 'Tiger & Dragon' for example.
