I am from Cornwall (hence the Kernow). I'm self taught and always learning.

I use:
* Canon 50D+18-200mm [for most things]
* Canon 60mm F2.8 for macro
* Canon 50mm prime [increasingly more the weapon of choice these days and ironically my cheapest lens]
* Fuji Finepix s5800 [for happy snapping]
* Canon DPP raw editor or Gimp or Picnik for minor adjustments such as contrast, crop or curves

I've had some photo's published before in various newspapers/websites and also was a regional finalist for the 2010 Great British Photograph competition for Cambridgeshire and Gloucestershire. Cotswold Life magazine also published one of my photos. My most recent success was a photo being used on an entire wall of a new building!
