What are Za Food Diaries?

This is a diary about our love for food. We aren’t professionals but we have a serious passion for eating, preparing and talking about food.

A diary about ingredients, preparation and the best part, consumption, we will share all our food experiences with you.

We will talk about the food that we actually make and eat. Not the high end, ivory tower gourmet masterpieces which are great to read about but are a little depressing because you can’t always afford to have vanilla pod extract in the cupboard for whenever you need it.
