I am a freelance web/print designer, independent journalist, and musician who currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh at the end of 2009, I lived in the Twin Cities, MN. My personal website can be found at nigelparry.com/.

I am also an alternative media activist concerned with Palestine, the Middle East, the US Criminal Justice system, and the handling of protests and policing at National Special Security Events.

I coordinated the first alternative media website from a warzone. I am a co-founder of the Electronic Intifada, Electronic Iraq and Electronic Lebanon websites. Today, I maintain the RNC '08 Report website and report for Rustbelt Radio in Pittsburgh, PA.

I offer web and print design, public relations/publicity, and Internet consulting through my company nigelparry.net.

I used to work in photography on a professional, freelance basis. These days I venture into photography only for personal or non-profit/independent reporting reasons. Examples of the latter would be the photography I did on the streets during the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota, and the 2009 G-20 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
