UPDATE: I am available to volunteer for any charity organization in North India as a photographer without charge, time permitting. If you want an event to be covered, do contact me and we will see what can be worked out. The chances of me saying a yes is greater for an event in or around Delhi NCR and on a weekend.

I like to travel the length and breadth of my diverse and incredible country, India, to interact with the diverse peoples and take pictures of what I see, with no prior planning to show India in a particular light. I don't claim to be an artist but will always be a learner and a traveler.

"I've been enjoying Rohit's photos for a while now. Not only are there many excellent photographs in their own right, but the lovingly told stories behind each one really give a wonderful insight into India and the great diversity of people and cultures there. A true inspiration to return to your beautiful country and explore its many treasures!"

    "Rohit,

Ah, the Rohitster. He has taken many photos of his beautiful state and the surrounding areas. It is amazing how much that is there. His photos make you want to go to Punjab. Fly there, trek there, and wow.

Having been to Punjab, his photography, just makes me miss it and crave it more. When we go, he better make me paranthas and lassi, and all must have 10 tons of butter ;)

Not only a grand photographer, he is a very nice person. Very ready to become a friend, learn about you, and what is behind your photography.

Rohit, you are growing, and want to grow - at least in this field. Do not stop!

I shall end this with a song: *oh roooohit, you came and you bought me a turkeeeey....

    cheers.
    take care.
    keep smiling,
    Aarthy"

"I don't know Rohit and I've never been to India but his photos are a wonderful insight into what I am sure is a wonderful yet mysterious country.

I like the reportage style that he employs in observing people going about their business. Great stuff :-)"
