Born in London, England but have live most of my life in the USA. The past 24 years have been in northern California.

I believe photographs are creative visions of our inner mind--and that camera gear and photo software are but tools which help achieve our artistic goals.

Northern California may be the most populous state in the USA, but vast and beautiful spaces still abound. It's a state that has more climate zones than most states combined--where one can go from 100 degrees in the valley to the lower 60s on the coast just 90 minutes drive away.

You will find much of man's presence in my landscapes as I believe that man cannot be separated out--there is an intregal connection. Is this good? Is this a natural evolution of man's prowess over nature? Does man's works dwarf or are they dwarfed by nature? Can there be harmony? You decide...
