My name is Pete Walkden and I appear to be addicted to photographing birds. Though anything interesting as a subject grabs my attention! This includes invertebrates, animals and scenery.
Been at it for a few years now and the thirst for pics hasn't been quenched yet.
I'm based in south Birmingham and most of my photography is around the Midlands area, such as Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire, though I do try to travel around the UK as much as possible.
Favourite locations include Devon & Cornwall, the West Coast of Scotland and of course, Norfolk. Wales is becoming a favourite of mine too, with some magical spots around the Elan Valley, and a place close to heaven in my eyes, Skomer Island.
