J. R. Maxon is an award-winning author, teacher, scientist, and longtime student of several spiritual traditions. His life’s calling is to instruct, facilitate, and encourage positive change worldwide. J. R. currently writes in his childhood island home in Florida. His first novel, 'ReBecoming: The Way of Opportunity' has won eighteen National and International Awards in 2009 and 2010, including the prestigious Benjamin Franklin Award for Publishing Excellence. His articles have been published in ‘Indigo Sun Magazine.’
