I am in the special education field and currently live in the state of IL (after moving from Virginia when I got married). I work with children that have Autism and Mental Retardation. I work with children that are physically disabled as well as mentally disabled. It is my true calling and I enjoy every minute of it :)
I collect Madame Alexander dolls as well as Blythe dolls. I have collected Blythe dolls since Oct. 2009. The dolls I have are Amaryllis, Nostalgic Pop, Simply Peppermint, and Friendly Freckles. I can't wait to start collecting Dal and Pullip dolls as well!
