  "Going through Barrybar's articles, I found my self overwhelmed with appreciation and respect for his true sense of humanity and care. I deeply appreciate his sense of understanding and intellect. Not so often, with all the media propaganda and political nature of transferring knowledge and events, that one finds some one who truly know.
  Coming to his photos, I have always enjoyed his documentation of graffitis and murals. I hope that one day as I pass by a bookstore that I find a thick book of his documentation of which I see as a great contribution to art and graphic design world."

His subject matter is wide and varied, and his photos of his travels to all manner of incredible placesare gorgeous, and offer a great personal experience, especially those that are not typical 'tourits' photos.   Barrybar pops to the top of my friends' photos and I sit back laughing cause I know 15 or 20 more are going to come tumbling forth and wash us with color, and life. I get such a sense of place, of the variety, vibrancy and beauty that humans can create. Mostly I get a sense of barrybar's compassion.... your portraits!
