Ugh...I hate talking about myself....now get me talking about things that I love....my family, my faith, or my photography and I can hold my own.

Photography has really been an amazing journey for me. It has helped me get over being shy. It has help boost my self confidence - not only in my work, but also in myself. It has also given me a way to capture those fleeting memories that are so easily forgotten.....the way my baby wrinkles her nose when she laughs, the way my 4 year old loves to dance in the rain, the way my husband snuggles with my 2 girls in the over-sized chair while watching cartoons. I don't want to forget ANY of those memories....but sadly in the hustle and bustle of life I do. It is amazing to me to look back at old photographs and to be instantly rushed back to that point in time. It is amazing and wonderful!

That is why I do what I do!

I have come along way in my photography development....I have a lot further to go....but I am shooting and reading and learning everyday.
