42Krewe Photography is the professional name of husband and wife "foodieographers" Nick Sylvain and Tina Lawson. Our motto is "Respect the Ingredients!"

Be it a beautifully plated dish of simple but elegant food (most likely prepared by the hands of an independent chef), or a couple having a milestone recorded for posterity, we want to respect what we capture in the frame.

We believe in a photojournalistic style, recording the event as it takes place, perhaps encouraging our subjects a little, but always letting the moments happen freely. What you'll never see is a "spontaneous" photo that's the same "spontaneous" photo we took for our other clients.
