My current obsession is my Canon 350d. This is, however, likely to change at a time and place not of my choosing.
Flickr is, at it's very best, a great incentive to get out there with your camera. Somehow, no matter how good a photographer you think you are, within one click of your mouse there is a wealth of other, stunning shots from round the planet.
This may sound thoroughly depressing to the uninitiated, but it simply provides a constantly rising target at which to aim. If you even come close, your work is rewarded by helpful and encouraging comments.
