Most of my photographic interest and work as of late is with abstract images. I am learning to view the world around me in an entirely different way.

I am not content simply taking pictures of beautiful things. I find it more challenging and rewarding to photographically reinvent everyday objects in a unique, graphic and bold way - often with a little mystery thrown in for good measure. I tend to reduce my images to their minimalistic essence void of distracting backgrounds.

My equipment includes a Canon T1i with 18–270mm Tamron VR lens and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX9 when I need to be more conspicuous.

I enjoy sharing my work and exploring the images of so many other talented people on flickr. Thanks for visiting. Please do not be offended if I do not reciprocate contacts. I'm sorry, but I block contacts who have no photos to share and only collect favorites.
