  Having said all of that, I think that also makes me qualified to write this testimonial based on at least some experience. I have not encountered ANY other admin so far that has been as involved in his/her group as Xane has been in the group Beautiful Capture. He runs numerous contests, tallies the votes, posts the winners, and still has time to participate in conversations, both within the discussion stream and through email. And he does all this in a very timely manner. The information he provides and the rules he sets forth for all of the contests are very clear and he monitors those contests making sure that the rules are followed. He helps those that need help, without being critical or insensitive. I see him as being a very happy individual, full of life and energy!
