I am an ex New Yorker and an ex Banker now enjoying living in the Sunshine state in Central Florida, not far from Disney World.

When I was a teen I developed an interest in photography and took it more seriously when a young adult. A bank customer that I became friendly with gave me a 35mm camera in the 60's it was a spring loaded shutter release model, and after taking some shots I found out that I could do other things with a camera than take snap shots.

I took a couple of adult education courses for photography at a local High School in New Rochelle, NY with a friend. The education was very valuable and gave me the basics of how to shoot. This was all in the age of film there was no digital at that time.

After bringing up 4 kids with my wife and then retiring to Florida, my interest in photography was re-born again. Still in the learning curve with Digital, but I to hope to get better at it than what my current work shows. Hope you found this of a little interest and not too boring.
