Our company is located in Portland, Oregon. We based our company ideas that challenges the status quo. We've expanded on the single idea that enables nearly everyone with the ability to pay rent to own a home. A person with an average credit score and minimal cash in the bank can own most of these homes with very little to no money down. On the majority of the homes you pay only the closing costs to move in. All monthly mortgage payments listed exclude property taxes and insurance. On most homes a cash down payment is not required. We originate your loan and represent you in the purchase of these homes and any other property that is listed for sale. Our goal is to create a radically new and dynamic online real estate company that allows nearly anyone to purchase a home using very little of their own money.
