I got my first digital SLR (Canon 450D) in February 2009. I attended a weekend course to learn the basics and became hooked. I then upgraded to a Canon 5D Mk II and in 2011 I sold my 450D for a Canon 7D.
I am still experimenting with various types of photography but I would say my favourite types are wildlife, macro and landscapes. I still have a lot to learn though. I would like to improve my portrait taking skills.
In 2011 I embarked on a Project 365 - and so far so good.
