My father worked at Kodak for nearly forty years, and I grew up with a camera in my hands. It's only now that I find that I wish I had paid more attention.

I am a complete amateur, when it comes to photography, and would love your comments as to how to improve.

I shoot with a Nikon D50 (and my brand-new 18-105 VR Lens - YAY!) occasionally my iPhone and a little P&S Casio Exlim. Both are fun, and I'm hoping that by your example, I'll get better at using each.

By day, I'm a computer fella, and by night, I used to be the Artistic Director of a small fringe theatre in Seattle. I'm a theater and film director, a sometimes writer, and a sometimes actor.
