I design graphics.

I design because I love getting the message out in a creative and attention grabbing manner... and I'm somewhat of a geek when it comes to all things design.

I love how it feels to add an anchor point or outline a stroke. I love offsetting paths and the smooth feel of tweaking a Bezier curve. I love the perfect gradient and loath the wrong typeface. Layers are like warm blankets to me. Blend me, drop shadow me, or drape me with a pattern overlay. I love it all.

I design because I love how light, color and form can be put together to create something that makes me feel happy or harrowed, peaceful or perplexed, isolated or included.

I am always learning. Things that make me say - "I wish I'd thought of that!" - inspire me to continue developing my design skills.
