I would say, consumed, and often distracted by the streams of details that make up most things, ...like most artists are. Words I would used to describe my art would include xray and skeletal, machine inspired. I find frail things beautiful. And old machines beautiful. The earth will grow over them with such irreverence and ease as if they were meant for nothing else- how simple. A lot of my work contains images of what "thought" would look like, flashes of and sporadic depictions of random thought. I am fascinated by the idea of this. I also cast concrete art. I have experimented with hypertufa for the past year.
