I am retired living in the English Midlands. Photography and drumming are my main hobbies.
I have owned and used Mamiya and Fuji medium format and Pentax 35mm slr cameras back in the film days.
Started abandoning film when I bought an Alpha A100 just after Sony launched the camera. I have enjoyed using an Alpha A700 since March 2008.
I changed systems in December 2010 to Nikon and the D7000 which has proved a great photographic tool.
From April to December 2011 was very successful with Flickr views of my street candid project. I reached my goal of a "half a million views" in less than one year.
I intend to change direction in 2012 possibly with cityscape photography involving long exposures and definately more landscapes images.
