Late 40s single guy originally from Scotland but well travelled over the years. Currently to be found in the sleepy hamlet of Great Tew in Oxfordshire.in Norway Lived in Svelvik in norway up until last year hence a good few Norwegian pictures here mixed in with a smattering from my travels, plus a good few from "home."

Was originally recommended this site as an easy way to share photos with friends and such and am finding it more and more addictive.Love to mess around with my camera when I get the chance and am trying to teach myself the ins and outs of a DSLR along with learning how best to use photoshop at the same time. Somedays it all works as I intended and others... well not so good!

I have lots of photos here on Flickr and this is just an example of some that have proved popular with other members of the site:-



The more recent pics here are taken with a Nikon D60 but there are also some here from my Fuji S550, an older Olympus C200Z (my first digital camera), an even older Olympus OM2 or Minolta 500si (scanned pics), and maybe an odd pic or two taken with my 'phone (HTC TYTN II). The worst thing is I still have all these cameras.. can't bring myself to sell or give away the older ones even thouigh they don't get much use these days.

Anything else anyone wants to know just ask.. it's the easiest way I'm told!

Please feel free to add comments on any pictures that take your fancy.. and as it says above constructive critisism is welcome. Comments can also be left in Norwegian, or Danish and Swedish at a push... if that is easier for the comentee or whatever you call one who comments.

I am a member of many different groups (maybe too many some would say) and try to stay active in them all but must admit to having a couple of favourites!
